Good afternoon, Colonel Irvine School Community,

下午好! 学文学校社区,

We’d like to thank all our track athletes for their competitive spirit despite the colder weather on Wednesday.  We are so proud of all the athletes who trained so diligently to be prepared for the track meet. Thank you to all the parents that also came to support us. Special thanks to our teachers who volunteered their time at lunch and after school to run practices.

We had a fabulous turnout for our year-end athletic BBQ today.  We had about 150 students and coaches at our wrap-up event. It was a lot of fun for the students and staff. Thank you to all our participants and staff for volunteering their own time to coach our students.

Invitations to our awards ceremonies will be sent out next week. If you receive an email, that means your child will receive an award on June 26th.

In the next 2 weeks, we are asking students to start cleaning out their lockers and also to look through the lost and found items by the main office. Unclaimed items will be donated.

Lastly, we are looking for parent volunteers for our grade 9 Calaway Park trip on Thursday, June 18th and our sports day on Thursday. June 25th. Thank you for your consideration.

As always, thank you for your continued support.

Ms. Ko & Mr. McDonald
