Dear families, 

Construction to install the four new modular units at Colonel Irvine School will begin Monday, Mar. 10, 2025. 

Work will take place on the southwest edge of the school along Northmount Dr NW.  

Families can expect to see machinery and crews preparing the school yard for the modulars, which is the first step in this process. This work will be happening throughout the spring and once completed, the modular units will be brought onsite. Final landscaping and work to furnish and prepare the modulars will happen in late spring and summer. We expect the new modulars will be ready for learning for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.   

Throughout the preparation of the site and the installation of the modular units, measures will be taken to ensure the safety of students, staff and community members who use the school site. This will include installing fencing around the construction area, scheduling work to avoid disrupting learning and operating within specific hours.
